Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, our minimum order value amounts to 30 € for end consumers and 100 € for resellers.

What are the payment terms?

New customers and customers from abroad are exclusively supplied on advance payment. Otherwise, our invoices are payable 14 days after the billing date.

How much are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping and handling rate for freight and packaging in the amount of:
6.00 € up to a merchandise value of 200 €.
12.00 € up to a merchandise value of 500 €.
From a merchandise value of more than 500 €, free house delivery respectively free to the German border, duty unpaid.
In case of a blanket order, the flat shipping and handling rate is payable per delivery.
How fast will my order be shipped?
If we receive your order before 1 p.m., it will be shipped on the same day. However, we are not able to guarantee that all articles are available at any time.

A delivery within Germany will usually take 24 hours (no delivery on the weekend).
Even faster express deliveries are possible against surcharge.

For deliveries to abroad, we are not able to furnish general information.
Delivery status of my order – where is my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as the your goods leave our house. This confirmation will also include your tracking number by means of which you are able to track the status of your delivery online.

How about the right of return?

If you should not be satisfied with the product delivered by us you may return this product within five working days. Products manufactured individually according to customer requirements are excluded from the right of return.

Please contact us. We will give you a return number by means of which you are able to send the unused product in its original packing back to us. We are not able to accept unannounced returns.
